Butterflight Quilt Pattern
The Butterflight Quilt is a block based design that incorporates a variation of the classic log cabin block in a clean modern aesthetic. The design is inspired by nature's prettiest pollinators that flutter delicately from flower to flower in a dance all their own. The blocks each build out from one small center square evoking how a butterfly grows more beautiful as it grows through its lifecycles.
This pattern is written at a confident beginner level and is perfect for all levels of quilters to show off your favorite palette or fat quarter bundle. This design includes two different colorway versions:
- Cover Version: Uses yardage in a 6 color palette plus background.
- Mix and Match Version: Uses fat quarters for all foreground colors plus background yardage.
The pattern includes instructions for 5 sizes (Mini: 20" x 20", Baby: 46.25" x 46.25", Throw: 67.5" x 67.5", Twin: 67.5" x 88.75" and Queen: 88.75" x 88.75").
